Recall the crippled man that was dehumanized few days ago by two soldiers who have now been reportedly apprehended.
The man was present at the press conference held at 302 Artillery Regiment/14 Field Engineer Regiment in Onitsha, Anambra State, Today.
Also the new 302 Commander, Col. Idongesit Uko Akpan was present at the conference too and the Deputy Director Public Relations (82 DIV) Col. Sagi Musa. Mr. Uraku, from Ebonyi State wore military camouflage to the press conference.
