Thousands of Bibles set ablaze by Pastor, says they misleads his congregation

A Pastor from Uganda, Aloysius Bugingo of the House of Prayer ministries, Kampala, capital of Uganda has amazed the world with his action following his move by directing all the worshipers in his church to gather thousands of the Holy Bibles.

Pastor Bugingo set the Holy Bibles ablaze after claiming that the different versions of the Bible shows that they have been heavily edited, and were "misleading" his church members.

A lot of christians have seriously condemned his move, suggesting that he might even be purnished by God for his controversial act.

The House of Prayer ministries is attended majorly by students from Makerere University and his congregation can boasts of 6,000 worshipers.

Burning Bibles
Aside burning the King James Version, the preacher who also the owner of Salt FM and TV station, set other versions of the Bibles including the Good News Bible ablaze and the popular small New Testament after claiming that some verses were omitted from them.

He claimed that some of the lines that have been tampered with during the translations process.
He also claimed in the King James Bible version, the word "Holy Ghost" appeared more times the word "Holy Spirit".
