Three persons that might replace Babachir Lawal

It has been reported that the presidency is planning to replace the suspended Secretary General of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal, who was accused of misappropriation of funds meant for the Presidential Initiative to the North East (PINE).

Speculations has chosen about three people who might pull the seat away from Lawal.

Below are those suggested people:

Dr Habibat Lawal
Three persons that might replace Babachir Lawal
Dr Mrs Habiba Muda Lawal was born on June 3, 1963. She hails from Toro LGA in Bauchi state. She was the former permanent secretary of the federal ministry of women affairs and social development.
She is likely to replace the SGF, even as she is currently the Acting SGF in Lawal absence.

Adams Oshiomole
Three persons that might replace Babachir Lawal
Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole was born on April 4, 1952 and was formerly president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).

In 2012 he was elected for a second term as the Governor of Edo state in Nigeria on the platform of the Action Congress.

His experience as an administrator could be best suited to the office of the SGF and given his relationship with President Buhari, he might get the appointment.

Adeleke Mamora
Three persons that might replace Babachir Lawal
Adeleke Olurunnimbe Mamora was born on February 16, 1953 and was elected Senator for the Lagos East constituency of Lagos State, Nigeria, taking office on May 29, 2007. He is a member of the Action Congress (AC).

He was initially nominated by President Buhari as one of the non-career ambassadorial nominees, however when the list was rejected by the Senate, he had to be dropped. His experience in the ECOWAS parliament and as a serving senator could be of great help.
