David Attah, the former chief press secretary to late military head of state, General Sani Abacha, has passed away.
Mr. Attah, who also served as spokesperson to Mr. Abacha’s successor, former military ruler, Abdulsalami Abubakar, died in the wee hours of Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at a private hospital in Jos, Plateau State, where he was receiving medical treatment.
